The Canadian Wood Pallet and Container Association (CWPCA) has been the voice of Canada’s wood packaging industry since 1968.
We proudly represent the interests of manufacturers of pallets, crates, containers, and other wood packaging products across the country. Deeply rooted in the sector, our association relies on strong relationships with both private industry players and the government bodies that regulate the industry.
The CWPCA plays a key role in discussions on policies, standards, and regulations related to wood packaging. We maintain an active dialogue with policymakers and effectively advocate for our members.
We also administer, on behalf of the CFIA, the certification service under the Canadian Heat Treated Wood Products Certification Program (HT Program), which meets international phytosanitary requirements.
With over 180 member companies and 425 registered facilities across Canada, the CWPCA is a vibrant community committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation.
The CWPCA’s mission is to be instrumental in giving our members tools and information to improve their businesses.
To protect, support, and promote Canada’s wood packaging industry, both nationally and internationally.
We strive to meet our members needs by supplying critical wood pallet and export packaging industry-related information.
