Ottawa high school re-purposes wooden pallets in pilot project

The project involves students re-purposing wooden pallets into usable furniture and objects of everyday use. This is a pilot project being run in conjunction with MASC (Multicultural Arts for Schools & Communities) Artist group and St Joseph High School. The school worked with a young local installation artist, Taylor Norris. The students treated the pallets as a source of inspiration for design and as a material to be used in creating a response to the challenge. The pallets were generously donated by CWPCA member Andrew Davies of Iroquois Enterprises. To see the finished products, check out their video
